We are a SaaS company handling ~2,000 support tickets per week and want to deploy an AI agent that drafts replies, classifies urgency, and escalates correctly. You will use LangChain, our Zendesk API, and a vector store over our 5-year ticket history.
Requirements
- 3+ years building production LLM applications
- Experience with LangChain or LangGraph and RAG
- Zendesk / Intercom API familiarity
- Strong Python; cloud deployment (AWS preferred)
Deliverables
